Set in the lush tropical gardens of the Resort, overlooking the incredible azure waters of the Caribbean Sea, award-winning French/Caribbean cuisine is presented nightly by Executive Chef Dominique Thevenet of Lyons, France.
Chef Dominique combines the best of fine French haute-cuisine with healthy and wholesome organic products to create fresh and innovative dishes which live up to the island’s high culinary standards. Guests may choose to dine in the Restaurant, or order from our comprehensive Room Service menu.
